Another chapter closes

Madison is finished with high school cheerleading. Done. She doesn't have practice tonight. And while I'm not sure how to handle that, she isn't handling it very well at all. It's all she's done for 13 years. 13 years. And now, it's over. But what a way to go out. Her team won Nationals this past weekend. I could not be more happy for them and Coach Bree. It was a truly rewarding weekend. But now it's over. Now she will come home from school and have nothing to do, nowhere to be. It's only been one day. Luckily tonight, she has to work, so she will be a bit distracted. My heart aches for her.

Not only has cheerleading ended but she and her boyfriend broke up. So that sucks too. 5 weeks before prom.

Keep her in your thoughts, she's gonna struggle for awhile.
