I almost forgot!!
The spec house as Waightstill Mountain sold yesterday!!! shh...it's a secret :)
haha. yeah right. It WAS going to be a big sale but it sold for $50,000 less than the asking price. It's still good though. Not a great neighborhood. It will be when it's developed more but right now not so much.
this is a good thing i'm thinking!! is this the "big sale" you've waiting on? the one that you could quit work for
